Yes. Submit your business registration documents during sign-up. Corporate accounts receive volume-based discounts and a dedicated operations contact.

Free storage for 60 days from arrival at the Germany warehouse. After 60 days, storage fees apply per box per day. You will receive an email reminder at 50 days.

Go to My Page → Profile to update your name, email, or phone number. To reset a forgotten password, use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page — a reset link is sent to your registered email.

Yes. Enter your Germany warehouse address as the delivery address on any EU online store. The full address including your personal mailbox code (e.g. Lager [SE123456]) must be included so our team can match the parcel to your account.

Available services include: Photo Service (Standard: USD 1.50 for 3–4 exterior photos; Premium: USD 4.00 with item count verification, detail shots, or weight confirmation), Parcel Consolidation (combine multiple parcels into one export box), and Repacking (remove bulky original packaging to reduce volumetric weight).

Cannot be accepted: narcotics and controlled substances, weapons, explosives, obscene material, live animals and plants, CITES-protected wildlife products, and counterfeit goods. Items classified as dangerous goods under IATA (including certain batteries and chemicals) require prior approval.

Factory-installed batteries in devices (phones, laptops) are generally permitted. Spare or loose lithium batteries face IATA watt-hour restrictions for air freight — items over 160 Wh cannot be sent by air and must use sea freight. Contact support before shipping battery-heavy items.

The deposit balance is a prepaid wallet you can top up and use for shipping fees. It avoids exchange rate fluctuations on card payments. Minimum top-up: EUR 10. Unused balances can be withdrawn on request.

Yes — delivery is available to any Korean address including residential, office, or convenience store pickup. Remote island or highland locations may incur an additional domestic delivery surcharge.

Personal use items up to USD 800 (approx. KRW 1.1 million) are duty-free. Above USD 800, item-specific customs duty and 10% VAT apply. Agricultural, marine, and livestock products have separate lower thresholds. Failing to self-declare excess amounts incurs a 40% surcharge on first offence.

No. Korean customs fully prohibits all meat and meat-derived products from entering the country, including ham, sausage, salami, prosciutto, and canned meat products. Items are confiscated and destroyed on detection. Do not attempt to pack these items.

Dairy products including cheese, butter, and cream are generally prohibited from entering Korea. Small personal quantities may occasionally pass at customs discretion, but shipments containing dairy can be detained and destroyed. We recommend not shipping these.

Alcohol up to 2 L total and USD 400 total value is duty-free for personal use. Above these limits, liquor tax and customs duty apply. One to two standard bottles of wine or beer is typically within the personal import allowance.

Yes. Items over USD 800 are subject to customs duty (typically 8%) + 10% VAT. Keep your original purchase receipt — customs may request it to verify authenticity and declared value. Branded items without receipts risk being treated as counterfeit.

No. CBD oil and all cannabis-derived products are fully illegal in Korea and cannot be imported under any circumstances. Attempting to ship these can result in criminal investigation.

Korean customs may combine the values of multiple shipments from the same sender arriving within a short period (typically the same week) and apply duty on the combined total. Splitting orders into smaller parcels does not reliably avoid this. Always declare accurate values on every shipment.

After dispatch, your tracking number appears in My Page → My Shipments. For DHL Express, use dhl.com. For air general or sea freight, tracking updates are provided at key milestones (departure, customs clearance, delivery). Korea-side domestic tracking is provided once the parcel passes customs.

You can update the Korea delivery address in My Page → My Shipments before the daily cutoff (4 PM). After dispatch, contact the carrier directly — DHL Express allows address corrections for an additional fee.

Warehouse intake is logged within 1 business day. If 2 business days have passed and the parcel is not showing, contact support with the EU domestic tracking number from the store. Always include your mailbox code when shipping to ensure correct routing.

Take photos of the outer box and the damaged item before fully unpacking. Submit a damage claim within 7 days of receipt via My Page → My Shipments → 'Report Damage'. Retain all packaging — the carrier or insurer may request it for inspection.

Insurance covers loss and physical damage up to the declared item value. Always declare the full purchase price — items declared below actual value receive proportional compensation only. Insurance must be selected before dispatch and cannot be added retroactively.

Before dispatch from Germany: request a hold via My Page, then contact support to arrange return to the EU seller. Most EU stores offer a 14-day return right under EU consumer law — initiate returns quickly to stay within the window. After international dispatch, return costs are your responsibility.

Use SchnellEurope's proxy buying service. Submit the product URL with your chosen options (colour, size) and we purchase on your behalf. Fee: 10% of the item price (minimum EUR 5). Shipping is charged separately at the time of Korea-bound dispatch.

Contact customer support immediately with photos of what was received, the original order details, and the packing slip. We will investigate with the EU seller and domestic courier, and assist with a replacement or compensation claim.

Germany uses the air-freight divisor of 6,000. Formula: Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6,000 = volumetric weight (kg). The higher of actual vs volumetric is charged, rounded up to the next 0.5 kg. Example: 40 × 30 × 20 = 24,000 cm³ ÷ 6,000 = 4.0 kg. Preview the result at Tools → Shipping Calculator.

List Clearance applies when the total item value is EUR 150 or less — it is a simplified clearance with 0% duty and 0% VAT. General Import applies when the total exceeds EUR 150 — a licensed broker files an import declaration with Korea Customs, and customs duty (0–13% by HS code) plus 10% VAT are charged. Note: above the €150 threshold, tax applies to the entire value, not only the excess.

Regardless of value, the following are always treated as General Import: health supplements, vitamins, cosmetics, food items (noodles, snacks, coffee, tea, seasonings), traditional medicines, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, tobacco, and alcohol. If these are consolidated with ordinary items, the ENTIRE box is reclassified as General Import — so separate shipments are recommended.

Apply free of charge at Korea Customs UNI-PASS (unipass.customs.go.kr) or via the 'Mobile Customs' smartphone app. Format: P + 12 digits (e.g. P123456789012). Korean mobile phone verification is required. A PCCC is mandatory for General Import clearance.

Basic Inspection (free) — quantity check + exterior damage check. Detailed Inspection (€1/item) — photos of contents + detailed check. Unbox Inspection (€2/item) — full inspection after opening, useful for high-value items and clothing/shoe size verification. Choose your preferred level when submitting a shipping request.

Free for the first 30 days from arrival. Days 31–60: €3.00 per month. Day 61 onward: €3.00 monthly flat + €1.00 per day. You will receive an email reminder before expiry; items with no response after 90 days may be disposed of.

Consolidating multiple trackings into a single box can save up to 40% compared with shipping them separately. The first tracking is free; each additional tracking is €1. Combined with the repacking service (volumetric optimisation), volumetric weight can also be reduced further.

Factory-installed lithium batteries in devices (laptops, smartphones, cameras) can travel by air. Loose/spare lithium batteries over 160 Wh cannot be shipped by air — contact support before shipping. Drone batteries and power banks are shippable but must be declared.
