SchnellEurope Terms of Service

1. Scope
SchnellEurope is the Europe-origin service mode of the Schnell platform. It covers purchase support from European stores/marketplaces, Germany warehouse forwarding, pickup support, and shipment preparation for delivery to Korea.
Service availability and delivery timelines depend on item type, seller dispatch, carrier acceptance, customs requirements, and warehouse handling status.
2. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate product, recipient, and customs information. SchnellEurope may pause processing until incorrect or incomplete information is corrected.
- Do not submit prohibited or restricted goods without prior confirmation.
- Do not understate item value or misdescribe goods for customs.
- Ensure the recipient's customs clearance information (e.g. PCCC) is valid and belongs to the recipient.
3. Purchase support and forwarding
Proxy purchase requests are executed only after required information and payment conditions are met. Prices, options, and availability may change before purchase is completed.
Forwarding requests use the Germany warehouse intake flow. Measurement, repacking, consolidation, and carrier booking can affect final charges and timing.
4. Shipping, customs, and liability
International shipment is subject to carrier acceptance and Korea import rules. SchnellEurope does not guarantee customs clearance outcomes or delivery dates.
The customer remains responsible for import duties, taxes, permits, and restricted-item compliance unless a separate managed service explicitly covers them.
