Refund eligibility depends on whether the request is still pending, already in warehouse handling, or already handed to a carrier for shipment to Korea.

2. Fees and non-refundable costs

Seller-paid charges, carrier booking fees, and already-performed premium services are generally non-refundable unless a confirmed platform-side error applies.

3. Support review

If a duplicate charge or confirmed operational error occurred, we will review the case and may issue a correction, refund, or credit.
