The following goods are not accepted for purchase support, forwarding, or Korea-bound shipment.

• Illegal drugs and controlled substances
• Weapons, explosives, and ammunition
• Counterfeit goods and sanction-violating items
• Dangerous goods that the chosen carrier will not accept

2. Restricted categories

Some supplements, cosmetics, batteries, electronics, food items, and oversized goods may require Korea-specific review before dispatch from the Germany warehouse.

3. Customer obligation
