New: Switzerland precious metal control (PMC) regulations from April 2026

Switzerland has introduced new Precious Metal Control (PMC) regulations affecting shipments containing gold, silver, platinum, or palladium jewellery or components. Shipments to Switzerland must now declare the precious metal content and fineness. Items without proper declarations will be held at Swiss customs.
