1. Scope
SchnellKorea is the Korea-origin service mode of the Schnell platform. It covers proxy buying from Korean stores, Korea warehouse forwarding, pickup support, and export preparation for supported destination countries.
2. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate recipient and customs information for the destination country.
- Do not submit prohibited or restricted goods without prior confirmation.
- Do not understate item value or misdescribe goods for customs.
3. Shipping and customs
Outbound shipment is subject to carrier acceptance and destination-country import rules. SchnellKorea does not guarantee customs clearance outcomes or delivery dates.
